YOU WERE CHOSEN
Jesus called ordinary people.
Fishermen. Tax collectors. Sinners.
Not because they were perfect.
Not because they were powerful.
Not because they deserved it.
He called them to follow Him.
To leave their nets.
To leave their comfort.
To become fishers of men.
To be part of a chosen generation.
The Bible says:
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation…” — 1 Peter 2:9
This isn’t just a label.
It’s an invitation.
And it comes with urgency:
The world is lost.
Sin has claimed every heart apart from God.
We’ve all lied, lusted, and loved darkness more than light.
The wages of sin is death.
And there is no second chance after this life.
But here’s the rescue:
Jesus Christ stepped into the storm.
He lived perfectly.
He died in our place.
He rose again — offering forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life to everyone who turns to Him.
The angels in your design aren’t decoration.
They are a reminder that God’s Kingdom is real,
and He has always been working to bring the lost to Himself.
You don’t have to drift in the boat of life alone.
You don’t have to wait to be chosen.
Turn from sin.
Trust in Jesus Christ.
Follow Him today.
And become part of the Chosen Generation —
a life called out, redeemed, and sent into the world.
